Malaria Consortium is currently recruiting a Project Manager to join our team in Maputo, Mozambique. The position holder will be responsible for leading and coordinating all programme activities, leading on programme reporting, overseeing programme monitoring and evaluation, managing relationships with programme partners and key stakeholders, managing the programme budget and contributing to business development initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in health sciences or information & Technology.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public health management with demonstrated experience in donor budget management, reporting and coordinating field activities;
- Experience working with government and non-government;
- Experience preparing high quality donor reports;
- Technical experience in malaria, nutrition, health systems strengthening or a related area.
Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Demonstrated project facilitation and coordination skills;
- Self –motivated and has strong desire to drive project forward;
- Demonstrates strong people skills and is able to engage with expert health professionals, MISAU, donors and other partners in English;
- Possesses intermediate capabilities and confidence in using Excel;
- Strong organizational skills, strong follow-through and willingness/ability to train people;
- People management or supervision experience;
- Excellent skills in report writing (for internal and donor reporting)
