Project Manager (RHDC)

RHDC – Consulting Services Ltd, is a rightful Mozambican company of consultancy in Human Resources that operates in the areas of Job Agency, Recruitment and Selection, Training, Competence Evaluation and Development, Temporary Work.

Our Customer is an International Company and it is a leading agri-business operating from seed to shelf in 65 countries, supplying food and industrial raw materials to over 13,800 customers worldwide. In its team of 23,000 employees has built a leadership position in many businesses including cocoa, coffee, cashew, rice and cotton, with offices in Mozambique. Due to its development, intends to recruit the following positions: Project Manager.

Position: Project Manager          

Desired Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering

Desired Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Project Execution

Responsibilities

Responsible for Project Execution in respect of:

• Greenfield;
• Brownfield;
• Enhancement;
• Cost reduction & Efficiency Improvement;
• Acquisition of manufacturing plants, offices and warehouses;
• Timely execution of Projects as per agreed timelines, quality and budgets;
• Compliance to HSE requirements during project execution;
• Progress reports on Budget Vs Actual, Project time-lines and other qualitative aspects;
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders;
• In consultation with Production, determine lay-out, line-balancing needs for quality, productivity and efficiency improvements;
• To implement ERP in projects related activities;
• Hands-on Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Projects and related tools;
• Compliance to company laid down procedures as per MATS requirement.
