Quality Control Supervisor Tempo Inteiro

The Direccione Consulting is recruiting for an FMCG Company that has been operating in themarket for over 10 years a Quality Control Supervisor (M/F) who will be based in Maputo. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing productquality standards across our supermarkets and warehouse facilities.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliancewith industry standards.
• Product Testing and Analysis: Oversee the testing and analysis of products to assess qualityattributes.
• Process Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with quality control processes in thewarehouse. Conduct audits to ensure adherence to quality standards during packaging anddistribution.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance productquality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality enhancement initiatives.
• Training and Development: Provide training to warehouse and production staff on qualitycontrol procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Food Science, or a related field.
• 7 years experience in quality control within the FMCG industry, with a focus on perishablegoods.
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes, testing methodologies, and industryregulations.
