Situated on the southern Peninsular of Pemba, close to the Quirimbas National Park, Diamonds Mequfi Beach Resort, is a luxury 5* Resort built on the sandy dunes of the stunning Mecúfi Bay. The Resort lies at about one hour drive from the international airport of Pemba and is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

We are currently recruiting for the following position:

Restaurants & Bar Manager

Requirements

• Extensive background in F&B service;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Fluent English & Portuguese;
• Good organizational skills and strong leadership skills;
• Technically proficient in computer software application;
• Hotel Management Graduate with experience in five star Hotels;
• Experience working as a Manager minimum 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the compliance with company standards, quality of work and customer service;
• Be responsible for managing all F&B outlets and delivering an excellent guest experience;
• To forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance;
• To maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement;
• Ensure smooth running of service maintenance.
