Africa’s leading producer and marketer of spirits, fine wines, ciders and ready-to-drinks seeks one sales representative to develop the brand in Mozambique. The successful candidates will be reporting to the Sales Manager in Mozambique.
Sales force effectiveness process implemented successfully and embedded in sales team;
All action plans executed effectively, progress reviewed and actions revised to achieve sales effectiveness (achieve 4A targets and Picture of Success);
Technology enablers and sales processes are optimised/improved in ways that delivered productivity and increased sales;
Optimise all resources to achieve sales targets (People, processes, time, tools etc.) and resolve issues quickl;
Distributor performance management (lead times, order fulfilment, SOH, stock cover).
Requirements:
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant business discipline;
Fluency in English;
More than 5 years of experience in sales in FMCG sector;
Mozambican nationality;
Up to 35 years old;
Good influencing and facilitation skills to act as the interface between end market business units and procurement balancing the optimum delivery of customer requirements with the need to adhere to a global approach;
Experienced in the sourcing process including negotiation and contracts placement;
Understanding of financial evaluation and interpretation of supplier’s records and their key cost and business drivers;
Experience in managing projects, especially to execute category and sourcing strategies at end market level;
Sound knowledge of corporate regulations and local legislation to ensure the creation of effective commercial contracts;
Knowledge of the procurement processes, platforms and policies.
