Leading a team of Service Artisans to repair, service and maintain Earthmoving Equipment, power generation and components to Caterpillar standards and Customer requirement;
Achievement of cost centre financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
Resolve internal customer queries;
Effective control of cost centre expenses and WIP;
Ensure effective communication between team and management;
Ensure service work is carried out in compliance with quality standards (OEM Guidelines);
Apply Warranty policies and procedures and Service Warranty investigations;

Requeriments
Mechanical Engineering Diploma or Degree;
Grade 12;
Qualified Artisan [Mechanic in relevant trade (e.g. Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic) with minimum 5 years post apprentice/learnership experience);
Leadership potential;
Proven track record in leading a team of artisans;
Business and financial acumen;
Excellent admin skills;
Solid planning skills;
Sound business communication and presentation skills;
Able to achieve results utilizing talent in team;
Knowledge of SIS & ET or similar;
Proficiency in Portuguese and English language;
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Presentation Skills;
