Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Spa Supervisor who will provide professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to our guests. Offering a full range of treatments to fulfill different client needs and objectives.
Position Responsibilities
Keeps an accurate inventory and ensures that adequate levels of Spa products, and office supplies are available;
Maintains immaculate cleanliness in the Spa including working area;
Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations;
Takes ownership of situations or tasks by fully understanding the issues;
Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations;
Reports and follows-up on maintenance requests;
Keep documentation and maintain client files;
Maintains complete knowledge and complies with Planhotel and departmental policies and procedures;
Assists in all areas of the operation as requested by management.
Requirements
Diploma or licensed in aesthetics or physiotherapy;
Minimum two (4) years in spa and/or hotel experience;
Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies;
Must speak, read and write English and Portuguese is a PLUS;
Proven relevant working experience;
Diploma or licensed in physiotherapy.
