Stock Manager (Mozasem) Tempo Inteiro

Mozasem company, based in Maputo, specializing in the sale of seeds, search a Stock Manager.

Position and Tasks

• Ensure the management, quality and availability of product inventory to avoid stock-outs while ensuring minimize inventory and ensure the ongoing reliability of the inputs and outputs of goods of the company;
• Check the quality and quantity goods received;
• Follow sales and forecasts to ensure the availability of products and oversee the preparation of orders;
• Continuously analyze sales and inventory, both overall and on specific issues, to determine the success or failure factors: quality or quantity of the products, distribution between stores, logistics (promotions, samples);
• You make regular checks of the stock and the storage conditions.

Profile

• Higher education type Advanced level + 2/3 (university or trade school), with a specialization in management/logistics, you have a first experience in stock management, ideally in the distribution sector;
• You are good communicating, organized, rigorous and teacher. Your English is common and you are comfortable with IT management tools including Excel.

N.B: We offer a salary plus benefits between 10.000 – 13.000 MZN. The salary will be reviewed after one year.
