An international Engineering company is seeking for two experienced surveyors and two assistants.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Candidate
Must have 10 years experience or 5 years experience and a National Diploma or higher Qualification;
3 years major road experience;
Good knowledge of the English language is a requirement.
Job Specification
The candidate’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Surveyors must be able to operate the following equipment: Total Stations LEICA TS06 and TS09;
Be able to develop the following work independently;
Setting out of all types of structures, necessary for the construction of a suspension bridge, such as piles, columns, anchorage, slabs, decks, etc. according to SATCC standards;
Perform control measurements during all stages of a suspension bridge for the a.m. structural elements in compliance with SATCC standards;
working with digital 3-D models;
Surveying of extended areas as base for topographic plans;
Establish longitudinal sections and cross sections;
Check of contractors drawings on geometrical correctness and accuracy;
Check of contractors survey records and attached computations.
