Joining forces with them, we fight poverty, violence and discrimination and advocate for the rights of children and youth as well as fair North-South relations. Our core competences lie in participatory and solution-focused work with young people. In Mozambique, we are working, mainly, in the field of Sustainable Livelihoods (SLH) focusing on agroecology, blue economy and Vocational Education and Training (VET). Our country portfolio in Mozambique has currently 6 partner organizations in Zambezia, Manica, Sofala and Maputo, respectively.
Starting from 1st of September 2025, or upon agreement, we seek to employ a Technical Advisor in Sustainable Livelihoods for Mozambique, based in our office in Maputo.

We are looking for a team player, dynamic and youth oriented equipped with empathy, knowledge and youth training methods. The Technical Adviser is part of our African programme team and will be based in the country office in Maputo. She/he reports directly to the National Coordinator (NC) based in Maputo and will be working in coordination with our Team in Zimbabwe.
