Technical Planner (Empregoland) Tempo Inteiro

Barloworld is recruting a Technical Planner to Tete, Mozambique.

Responsabilities

• Responsible for all planned maintenance and repair interventions on site including planning of all the resources required to ensure an effective and efficient intervention;
• Plan and schedule of all planned maintenance interventions on site, including weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance plans;
• Compile weekly and monthly site performance KPI’s and distribute the information to the relevant personnel;
• Manage on site WIP, work order closing and work order history;
• Planning, prioritizing and initiation of jobs;
• Assist with achievement of KPI’s;
• Ability to apply Warranty policies and procedures;
• Resolve internal and external customer queries;
• Issuing of job instructions to and dispatch of Artisans;
• Arrange appropriate transport;
• Control returning of component stands.

Requirements

• Grade 12;
• Technical qualification – Mechanical;
• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Project Management as a plus;
• Exposure to business planning and budgeting processes;
• Basic business and financial acumen;
• Sound business communication and presentation skills;
• Sound MS Office knowledge;
• Microsoft Project knowledge as a plus;
• Knowledge of machine technical diagnosis systems;
• Knowledge and experience in SAP or similar software;
• Sound numerical reasoning;
• Solid problem solving skills;
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese languages;
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position;
• Availability to travel;
• Mozambican Nationality;
• Age: 30 to 40.
