Training Specialist – FMCG

Our client is a leading company within the FMCG sector. They are currently looking for an experienced Training Specialist/ Sales manager in Mozambique, to use their strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of the field sales function to take on the role.

General Purpose

•  It is essential that the successful candidate has strong commercial awareness, excellent leadership skills, can use initiative to identify training & development needs in the sales team and can inspire creativity and energy in the teams performance.

Job requirements

• 3+ years experience in sales. FMCG experience is desirable;
• University Degree or equivalent experience;
• Good communication skills;
• IT skills, excel, PowerPoint;
• Coaching skills;
• Negotiation and Relationship Management Skills;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
