To effectively manage and minimize HSSE risk within area of responsibility by ensuring:

Compliance with all HSSE Policies, rules, guidelines and legal requirements.
Promotion of safe working environment and positively contributing to the company HSSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies.
Ensure that HSSE competency requirements are identified & enforced within area of responsibility.

Activities

HSSE:
- Promote and enforce TotalEnergies’s Golden Rules and all other applicable rules governing transportation.
- Improve transportation safety performance.
- Implement TotalEnergies standards.
INTEGRITY:
- Ensure code of conduct is strictly followed internally as well as by the transporters.
- Ensure compliance with the Group rules and procedures in all business aspects.
- Offer the best possible service to internal and external clients.
- Respect commitments to business lines and customers.
Transportation Activity:
- Ensure PATROM, HSSE rules and local regulations are adhered to.
- Monitor OBC events.
- Monitor vehicle and driver compliance to ensure continuity of operations.
Improve the performance of transporters.

University graduate in Engineering with professional experience in the transportation industry and in team management.
Proven Computer skills with high proficiency in MS office package tools.
Knowledge of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (HSSE) industry standards.
Good communication skills in written and spoken Portuguese and English.
Good analytical and negotiation capabilities.
