Warehouse Manager (RHDC) Tempo Inteiro

RHDC – Consulting Services Ltd, is a Mozambican Human Resources Consultancy firm specializing in Recruitment & Selection, Training, Competence Evaluation and Development and Temporary Work. Our client based in Nacala, Nampula province intends to recruit a Warehouse Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working closely with clients, suppliers and transport companies;
• Planning the delivery and dispatch of goods;
• Monitoring and managing storage space;
• Tracking stock levels using computer programs;
• Ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely;
• Planning work rotas for warehouse staff;
• Organising recruitment and staff training;
• Monitoring security systems at the warehouse, and;
• Scheduling the maintenance, repair and replacement of equipment.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or Management;
• Certificate in Logistics/ Warehouse and/ or Distribution;
• At least 3 years working experience in the same field;
• Knowledge on Occupational Health and Safety;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Good planning skills;
• Methodical and result oriented individual;
• Ability to work independently and under pressure;
• Ability to speak and write in English;
• Candidate must be prepared to reside in Nacala.
