Our client, a chain of supermarkets, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in Maputo.
The purpose of the Warehouse Supervisor is to control all stock, staff and processes in the warehouse to maximize stock control and movement efficiencies and control accurate quantity and quality control and minimize all stock control and process losses.
Responsibilities
- Incoming Stock Control: Accuracy of quality and quantity count to the provided documentation and control and process followed;
- Outgoing Stock Control: Accuracy of quality and quantity count to the required documentation and process followed;
- Security Control: Total security control of all internal and external areas;
- Process Control: All processes to be managed and followed by all staff;
- Staff Management: All staff managed to the required performance and efficiencies;
- Damages and Loss Control: All damages and potential losses controlled and documented.
Profile
- A minimum of 3 years Warehouse Management Experience;
- Retail Systems CAD;
- Cold Chain Management on Perishable and Fruit & Veg Deliveries;
- Fluent English level.
