Responsibilities
- Monitor the compliance with company standards, quality of work and customer service;
- Be responsible for managing all F&B operations and delivering an excellent guest experience;
- To forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance;
- To maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement;
- Ensure smooth running of service maintenance.
Requirements
- Extensive background in F&B operations;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent English & Portuguese;
- Good organizational skills and strong leadership skills;
- Technically proficient in computer software application;
- Hotel Management Graduate with experience in five star Hotels;
- Experience working as a Manager minimum 3 years.
