We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist (m/f ) in Maputo to support our Human Resources in Mozambique and liaison with the headquarter.
Your Responsibilities
- Recruiting of new employees;
- Preparation of the monthly payroll;
- Preparation of standard employment contracts;
- Providing legal opinions related to the labor law;
- Implementation of time management;
- Contact person for all questions from the employees.
Your Profile
- Experience in payroll;
- Knowledge of the labor law;
- Knowledge about taxes and social insurance;
- Knowledge about common Microsoft Office programs;
- Good written and spoken English knowledge.
