We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant/ Office Manager (m/f ) in Maputo.
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting the company management during daily business;
- Support in the internal and external communication;
- Creation of presentations, reports and statistics;
- Coordination and preparation of appointments and meetings;
- Translation of documents in English/ Portuguese;
- Translations in English / Portuguese during meetings with customers.
Your Profile
- Computer literacy especially on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Knowledge of ERP systems;
- Very good written and spoken English skills;
- Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and communication skills complete your profile.
