We are looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager (m/f ) for the operational lead for the local service organization in the telecommunication / IT sector in Maputo.
Your Responsibilities
Managing servicedesk operations;
Managing local field service operations;
Managing of the national service team.
Your Profile
Completed engineering or software related study or technical training with business administration
skills (further training as master or technician);
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position with managing responsibility for >10 people;
Computer literacy especially on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
Familiar with ITIL basics and processes;
Very good written and spoken English skills;
Open minded and action-oriented complete your profile.
