We are looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager (m/f ) for the operational lead for the local service organization in the telecommunication / IT sector in Maputo.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing servicedesk operations;
• Managing local field service operations;
• Managing of the national service team.

Your Profile

• Completed engineering or software related study or technical training with business administration
  skills (further training as master or technician);
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position with managing responsibility for >10 people;
• Computer literacy especially on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
• Familiar with ITIL basics and processes;
• Very good written and spoken English skills;
• Open minded and action-oriented complete your profile.
