RHDC – Consulting Services Ltd, is a rightful Mozambican company of consultancy in Human Resources that operates in the areas of Job Agency, Recruitment and Selection, Training, Competence Evaluation and Development, Temporary Work.
Our Customer is a group based in Africa, which is providing Consultancy in Engineering, Procurement and Management, with offices in Mozambique and South Africa, intends to recruit: Administration Officer.
1. Administration Work:
1.1. Identify opportunities and Liaise with senior engineer about these opportunities
1.2.Prepare all the documents necessary for the submission of an Expression of interest (EOI) or Tender
1.3. Follow up on EOIs
1.4.Prepare Pay slips
1.5.Manage the petty cash:
a) Make payments (e.g. of payments: salaries of trainees, INSS e IRPS to Accountant).
b) Keep slips and prepare expense list
c) Update Balance of account
1.6.Translation of documents (e.g.: CVs, Project sheets, general documents)
1.7.Manage administrative Document control
1.8.Assist in Project document control
1.9.Deliver documents as requested
2. Secretarial Work
2.1. Organize the schedule of the administrator
a) Schedule visits away from the office to protect administrators priorities
b) Attend selected meetings with administrator
2.2. Prepare letters for the administrator and company
2.3. Compile minutes of a meeting
2.4. Be the point of contact for visitors and clients
