Application Specialist Engineer (M/F)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for deployment of all new versions, features and patches in client environments;
• Plan the deployment in conjunction with change and knowledge management and service asset and configuration management;
• Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality;
• Proactivity to create tools/procedures to standardize and simplify the day to day activities;
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams across disparate groups to resolve client support escalations;
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures;
• Provide technical support to teams (within the organization) and to external clients when required;
• Identifying and resolving technical issues;
• Participate in technical meetings with customers and Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers;
• Collaborate with Support team and Development team to identifying root cause of product issues or potential bottlenecks;
• Reports status, issues, risks and improvement on a regular basis;
• Provide technical and application guidance and support throughout the release process, including known errors and workarounds.

EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in IT engineering, computing sciences or similar;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Information Technology role;
• Experience in system administration and troubleshooting;
• Experience and ability to perform both technical and functional analysis and identify impacts;
• Strong capabilities in SQL;
• Ability to develop support tools/scripts as require;
• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skill;
• Strong English skills both spoken and written.
