Eurolangues International is currently seeking a qualified individual for a full-time hybrid role as an English for Human Resources Instructor based in Maputo. This position involves teaching English to professionals in the human resources field, with opportunities for remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons, creating course materials, assessing student progress, and providing additional support as needed.

Role Description

As an English for Human Resources Instructor, you will be tasked with developing and delivering effective lessons to professionals in the human resources sector. This full-time hybrid role allows for flexibility with some work-from-home options. Key responsibilities include designing engaging teaching materials, assessing student progress, and ensuring a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• English Teaching, Language Teaching, and Education skills.
• Ability to create engaging and effective teaching materials.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Experience in teaching or corporate training.
• Strong understanding of the needs and expectations of professional learners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Experience in human resources or a related field is a plus.
• Master’s degree in Education or a related field is highly desirable
