Johanniter International Assistance is recruiting a Field Manager.
Overall job purpose
The Field Manager shall work under the direct supervision of the Head of Mission to serves as the in-charge focal point of the JIA Field Office and represent JIA to other key stakeholders, including government entities in the area of operation. The primary responsibility is to provide strategic program and operational support to the field office. As the team leader at the field site, the Field Manager shares in the overall responsibility for the direction and coordination of the field Office. S/he will work closely with the Program Managers/Officers in coordinating all JIA programs in the area of operation. The Field Manager in his/her capacity is responsible for implementation of all programming in the area of operation, including the management of all sub offices/facilities, emergency preparedness and response, finance and logistics in close coordination with the HoM, Heads of Program, Logistics, Finance and HR & Admin Departments at the country office.
