HR Assistant (Heading) Tempo Inteiro

Heading Moçambique is looking for an HR Assistant to be based in Nampula.

Responsibilities

• Manage new employee on-boarding process and terminations;
• Processing of all HR administration work ( Attendance, leave, extra hours, remuneration);
• Keep updated records of employees;
• Manage the capturing of HR-information and data into the relevant systems as per individual;
• Ensure the validity of medical aid plans as per individual;
• Compile staff annual leave plan as required by the Department of Labour;
• Develop disciplinary procedures and guidelines;
• Coordinate the demobilization process of project staff including issuing of all mandatory legal documents.

Requirements

• High school equivalency certificate or Certificate in HR would be advantageous;
• 5 years´ work experience in the HR department;
• Experience in the demobilization process of staff would be advantageous;
• Fluent in English.
