Job Description:
Carrying out all HR activities starting from induction of new employees to conducting exit interviews and other formalities.
Responsibilities
Responsible for compiling payroll for all employees;
Verifying payroll for Manpower outsourcing contractors;
Completing reports and managing records of employees;
Maintaining payroll information in the system, proper collection of employee data, salary calculations, adjustments for deductions or advances;
Resolves any issues regarding the payroll;
Processing the salaries of all employees in the system;
Updating payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers;
Preparing reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leaves, disabilities and wages;
Responsible for computation of net payable salaries of employees, workmen compensations and other allowances.
Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)
Degree or Diploma in related field. MBA preferred;
5-10 years’ experience of working in relevant industry;
Knowledge of SAP is must;
English (writing and speaking), good IT and math skills (Excel);
Good Communication Skills in Portuguese (Preferred).
