• Job Title: Human Resources Officer (HR)

Principal Location:

• Maputo City (Head Office).

Job Description:

• Supporting preparation of job descriptions, advertising vacant positions.
• Management of the employment process including contracts.
• Preparation of salary table and benefits.
• Ensure training for new and existing employees.
• Guarantee work and residence visas for all foreign workers and their families.
• Monitoring employee performance.
• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
• Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
• Ensure the dissemination of the organization’s internal regulations to all new and existing staff.
• Ensure payment of taxes owed to the State (IRPS and INSS).
• Preparation and annual updating of the Nominal Sheet of all staff in the Ministry of Labor system.

To qualify you need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
• Business Administration or specialization in:
  • Strategic HR Planning.
  • Performance Management.
  • Mozambican Labor Law.
  • HR Information Systems.
• Languages: Fluency in English, Portuguese (both spoken and written).
