Legal Manager
Direccione is a strategic Mocambian HR consutant that is looking for a Legal Manager for a multinational in Maputo.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for dealing with day-to-day legal responsibilities on behalf of the company and providing legal advice that includes all aspects of the business analysis, investigation and drafting of processes. Will responsible for providing support in legal matters, advising the organization, proposing or contesting legal actions, evaluate evidence, hold hearings, analyse legislation and guide in its application.
– Labour Law
– Comercial Law.
Qualification and Skills
– Good communication skills in Portuguese and English will be an advantage;
– Law degree;
– Ability to adapt in multidisciplinary environments;
– Proven experience of at least 5 years;
– Last 3 years in the role of process supervisor, preferably;
– At least 2 years of experience in producing medium to high level disciplinary reports;
– Work experience at Agro – industry will be an advantage.
