Logistics and Customs Compliance Analyst Tempo Inteiro

We are seeking a Logistics and Customs Compliance Analyst for a multinational company based in Maputo. The selected candidate will handle customs clearance and exemptions, track goods, present logistical indicators, manage goods receipts in the ERP PHC system, calculate import costs, monitor stock levels, and liaise with government entities to ensure efficient logistics and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience of at least 7 years in a similar position within logistics, distribution, and FMCG companies.
• Proficiency in customs clearance and exemption management.
• Proven experience in tracking and monitoring goods in transit using appropriate systems.
• Experience in preparing and presenting reports on key performance indicators (transit time, service level, SLA, etc.).
• Proficiency in recording and managing goods receipts in the ERP PHC system, ensuring data integrity.
• Proven experience in calculating and analyzing total import costs (landed costs).
• Proficiency in tools for stock control and management, preventing shortages or surpluses.
• Experience in communicating and coordinating with governmental entities (INNOQ, customs, Ministry of Agriculture, INAE).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and diagramming/flowcharting software.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
