Marketing Manager Tempo Inteiro NOVO

The AB InBev is hiring a Marketing Manager.

The Key Purpose of this role is to Lead the biggest brands in country, by developing insights-based brand strategies, integrated with commercial strategies, and develop and execute brand activities that win in market

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyse data and brand performance analysis for insights & to articulate brand issues and opportunities.
• Articulate goals & objectives consistent with the role of the brand.
• Implements winning activity plans which deliver brand strategy and objectives & in line with creative platform.
• Deliver, measure and evaluate activities which win in the market to optimise performance and marketing spend effectiveness.
• Leads and motivates effective multiagency teams.
• Project management to deliver activation on time & on budget.
• Clear communication of activities & execution standards to channel & sales.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and drive excitement for the brand and it’s activities.
• Builds a passion for brands and their positioning throughout the business.
• Deep consumer understanding to develop winning brand strategies and plans.
• Lead the execution of brand plans to drive brand growth.
• Innovative ideas and opportunity identification by applying the Front-end innovation process.
• Developing and sustaining a balanced short-to long-term innovation pipeline for the brand.
• Development of differentiated & compelling brand positioning, -purpose, -ladder, core creative idea and marketing mix.
• Influencing stakeholder at different levels, building and maintaining collaborative cross-functional relationships across the Zone.
• Innovative ideas and opportunity identification by applying the Front-end innovation process.
• Developing and sustaining a balanced short-to long-term innovation pipeline for the brand.
• Development of differentiated & compelling brand positioning, -purpose, -ladder, core creative idea and marketing mix.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Good analytical and project management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills to able to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Action and results oriented.
