TJ Consultants is a Human Resources Strategic Consulting company that is head hunting for an Accounts Receivable & Payable Analyst (M/F), for his client.

Responsibilities

• Act as Accounts Payable and Receivable Analyst for the board of the company;
• Maintain up-to-date billing system;
• Generate and send out invoices;
• Prepare Monthly Key Performance Indicators;
• Follow up on, collect and allocate payments;
• Set invoices up for payment;
• Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines;
• Perform account reconciliations;
• Enter and upload invoices into system;
• Track expenses and process expense reports;
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments;
• Prepare and perform check runs;
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities;
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies;
• Generate age analysis;
• Review AR and AP aging to ensure compliance;
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records;
• Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.;
• Maintain vendor files in Audit Ready Format;
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries;
• Assist with month end closing;
• Process credit card payments;
• Investigate and resolve customer and Vendor queries;
• Process adjustments;
• Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts;
• Assist with month-end closing;
• Collect data and prepare monthly metrics.

Requisites

• Degree in degree in financial management, accounting or equivalent qualification;
• At least 5+ years of solid work experience with FMCG references;
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures;
• Knowledge of Primavera accounting software;
• Proficient in data entry and management;
• 5 years accounts payable or general accounting experience;
• Fluent in English.
