Main purpose of the job
To assist in Human Resources and Administration Management in providing an effective delivery of human resources and Admin services, as well as perform a support function for administrative issues and personnel information relating to all staff in the company;

Key responsibilities
Administration and all arrangements involved regarding appointments, transfers, resignations and retirements;
Assist in staff recruitment for all functions;
Liaise with line management regarding staff effectiveness, presenteeism and related;
Draw up reporting samples and get approval for admin control;
Provide support to HR Coordinator in strategic initiatives;
Act as an interface between Admin/Human Resources functions and Finance for the Business Unit;
Implement Ad hoc projects;
Liaise with related public institutions and control IRPS, INSS, IPA, and Health Assistance and related;
Manage expatriates contracts and work permit;
Manage disciplinary procedures and working relations in line with Branch Manager;
Report on Absenteeism and leave balance;
Comply with other instructions in line with your Job Description.

Suppliers: Recruitment Agents, Consultancies; Health plan providers and Governmental Institutions;

Knowledge, experience and personal competencies
Knowledge
Achievement in Human Resources/ Admin & Finance or other applicable qualifications.
Experience
A minimum of 02 years’ experience in an Admin/Finance environment;
Strong interviewing and recruitment skills (preferably targeted selection);
Working knowledge of human resources administration, labour policies and procedures;
Working knowledge of accounting applications would be an advantage.
