Production Supervisor (Human Capital Moz) Tempo Inteiro

Objective:

• Plan and supervise all activities of producers, establish and manage shift work and the activities underlying the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure team management at the level of formation, disciplinary management, attendance, performance evaluation, work schedules, hygiene practices, safety and health at work;
• Ensure the production of quality standards established by the Laboratory;
• Ensure production continues through the maintenance of raw material stocks and equipment;
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the production unit of its responsibility;
• Ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance plans in accordance with the provisions;
• Develop and/ or review the operating procedures in accordance with the integrated management system;
• Ensure implementation of procedures and food safety practices;
• Monitor and control production indicators daily;
• Ensure interdepartmental communication whenever necessary;
• Ensure compliance with procedures of the Integrated Management of your responsibility;
• Perform other activities or tasks, unspecified ago, if they are deemed necessary to attain the objectives of the company.

Requirements:

• Technical Vocational Education (required);
• Experience Minimum of 5 years in functions of leadership in industrial context;
• Strong knowledge of processes and food production equipment;
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance;
• Knowledge of hygiene, safety and health at work;
• Written and verbal proficiency in Portuguese and English [preferred];
• Computer skills [mandatory];
• High communication skills and interpersonal relations;
• High capacity of management;
• Leadership capacity;
• Strong team spirit.
