Site Supervisor Tempo Inteiro NOVO

The Eazi Access is hiring a Site Supervisor.

Reports to: Country Manager

Location: Pemba (with redeployment in future to the Oil and Gas project near Palma)

Purpose of the Position

• Effectively supervise and coordinate personnel across client sites to maximise operational efficiency, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability while ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / N3.
• Supervisory and/or management training.
• Risk assessment training – A2.
• Legal liability training – MHSA

Experience

• 2 years management experience in a technical environment.
• 3 years technical equipment supervision experience.
• Commercial/customer relations experience.
• Customer safety and MHSA compliance exposure.
