Sustainability Intern

The Sustainability Intern role offers recent graduates an exciting opportunity to contribute to SLB’s sustainability journey. In this position, you will support the implementation of our global sustainability strategy, gain hands‑on experience and play a part in helping SLB achieve its long‑term sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Support site-level data collection, tracking, and reporting for sustainability metrics.
• Assist in monitoring progress toward SLB’s sustainability goals and identifying opportunities for performance improvement.
• Participate in implementing sustainability initiatives.
• Help coordinate internal awareness campaigns on sustainability practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support alignment with SLB’s sustainability goals.
• Contribute to preparing sustainability presentations, dashboards, and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities related to sustainability.
• Conduct research on sustainability trends, technologies, and regulatory developments relevant to SLB operations.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvement in sustainability performance across the business.

Experiences & Exposures

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Natural Resources Management, or a related field.
• A recent graduate 0-2 years post‑graduation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Power BI is an added advantage).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights.
• Ability to learn quickly, think critically, and apply practical solutions in real scenarios.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Passion for sustainability, environmental responsibility, and innovation.
