The Tax Accountant intern is responsible for supporting the accounting process related to statutory regulations in the country of operation.
Responsibilities
- Support with tax compliance including but not limited to Personal Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax etc.
- Support the processing of tax payments and other levies.
- Support the generation of withholding tax receipts.
- Support with tax audit queries.
- Support the dispatch of tax information to tax authorities.
- Support with queries related to statutory audits.
Experience & Exposures
- Recent graduate in an accounting/ finance related discipline.
- Candidate should have good written and spoken English.
- Candidate should be proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
- Candidate should be adaptable and self-driven.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
