We are seeking qualified/experienced teachers for our school in Matola.
Our academic year starts in January and ends in November. There are three terms and our school has two midterm breaks for 1(one) and 2(two) weeks.
The Details of the Position
The job is located in Malhampsene – Matola, Mozambique;
• Lunch provided in school campus (during weekdays);
• Working hours: 07:30 am to 4:00 pm;
• The school opens from Monday to Saturday (Saturday half day);
• 40 minutes lesson;
• Maximum 26 hours per week of classroom instruction. (Monday to Friday);
• You may be requested to teach extra/additional lessons mostly at weekends (Saturdays till 12pm);
• Maximum 26 students in each class;
• Teach Cambridge Curriculum;
• Floor duty, 1 or 2 days a week from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm;
• We are closed during all national holidays assigned by the Government of Mozambique.
Requirements
A University degree (English major preferred) in the field of education;
Having experience in Cambridge Curriculum;
At least 3 years of experience in teaching;
Ready to teach a flexible schedule.
Primary Section:
We are seeking for a class teacher (Full time teacher) , who can teach English, Maths and Science.
Secondary Section:
We are seeking for a Part-Time teacher for Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry , Physics and ICT (information and communications technology). The subjects will be done in English Language.
We are looking for qualified teachers for English and Maths SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) preparation exam. Interested Candidates must drop their CV’S.
