A TJ Consultants is recruiting a Warehouse Manager, to be based in Palma – Cabo Delgado.
Duties
Lead and support the warehouse Team and to manage and control inventory so that customers receive the right quantity and quality materials at the right time;
Implementation of strategies and adequate stock control;
Capacitation of team members and support in the resolution of situational and operational problems;
To organize and document disposal of waste and obsolete materials/product so that sufficient storage space is available, assets are maximized and waste/material losses are minimized;
Coach team members so that the team members are capable and competent to achieve and exceed team targets, required performance and future workplace challenges;
Develop and monitore team goals;
To communicate operational information to team members so that team members know understand and have access to relevant information to perform work activities effectively; and
Operational information refers to good inventory control practices, operational problems and solutions, monthly stock losses, customer complaints, production requirements, quality issues, SHE issues, new developments, change interventions, absenteeism, etc.
Requeriments
Degree in Management;
Minimum 5 Years of experience in similar warehouse team supervisor;
Manufacturing Knowledge;
Domain of principles of Stock and Inventory Management;
