Warehouse Supervisor Tempo Inteiro

The AB InBev is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor.

The key purpose of this role is to oversee management of warehouse operations (Receipt, Storage, Replenishment, Shipping and Returns) and ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by managing, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals using the correct tools with VPO as the backbone

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all warehouse processes to ensure satisfactory and on-time delivery to customers.
• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.
• Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
• Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
• Manage customer receipt and customer returns crediting.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
• Manage and optimize warehouse cost/variables.
• Drive and deliver all warehouse PI’s and KPI’s.
• Prepare strategic plan for the financial year.
• Ensure 100% Logistics VPO and DPO standard implementation to meet up with Zone expected performance milestone.
• Manage and own team development and performance.
• Set and Cascade Team and Individual Goals.
• Own and Manage Peak Resourcing and Planning.
• Develop and Implement process standards: SLA’s, SOPs, OWDs etc.
• Manage Warehouse stock to ensure quality and availability to customers (Internal and External).
• Improve safety by ensuring a safe and healthy working environment to meet required safety and legislative standards.
• Manage and optimize pallet repairs and pallet stock on site.
• Manage sorting process and DCBL performance , providing production line with correct empties.
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and develop employees.
• Engage with the Plant regarding their VPO/DPO dream by owning and driving VPO/DPO across Departments, representation during milestone audits will be necessary to support the Plant’s VPO dream.
• Submit monthly KPI data as per requirement to the Logistics Manager and Zone.

Minimum Requirements

• Min. of B.Sc./ B.Tech/HND in a related field.
• 5 Years experience in Warehouse Operations and Management.
