Field Marketing Supervisor Tempo Inteiro

A TJ Consultants is recruiting a Field Marketing Supervisor, to be based in Dar-Es-Salam – Tanzania (M/F)

Responsibilities

• Ensure to promote Makita product range by visiting end user, by conducting demonstration and training at work sites;
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service by building and maintaining excellent business relationship with clients/distributors/agents by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty and also have to collect market information from them;
• Guarantee visit current dealers and end users, contact new customers, and create customer data base;
• Conduct demonstrations and Training for customers;
• Obtain competitor information (new products, promotions, prices, technical problems, etc.);
• Flexibility for other work areas as per requirement, support the Field Marketing Executive and Management in Reports, Sales Analysis etc;
• Supervise the Field Marketing specialist.

Requisites

• Degree in Marketing;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in End user Business Development;
• Multitasking and organization skills are a must;
• Strong Power tools technical product knowledge is a plus;
• Fluent Written and Verbal English and Swahili.
