Our Customer, an International company and market leader in agri – business operating from seed to shelf in 65 countries, supplying food and industrial raw materials to over 13,800 customers worldwide, with an establishment of 23,000 employees intends to fill the following position for the Mozambique office:

1. Human Resources Business Partner

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/ Occupational Psychology/ Business Administration or any other Social Science degree. A Masters Degree will be an added advantage.

Desired Experience

• 8 – 10 years’ experience in Human Resources practice
• Knowledge of Results Based Management, Work Study, Productivity Improvement Programs, Organizational Development and Performance Management. In particular, references on Work Study assignments will be an added advantage.
