KeyRh is a Human Resources and Payroll service provider. Our HR business process services cover workforce management, time and attendance, local, regional payroll, talent administration, and people analytics. KeyRh intends to fill for her client the following position: Credit Controller.

Pincipal Accountabilities

Debtors

• Ensuring that accurate statements are sent out on time;
• Preparation of collection budget;
• Ensuring timeous collection of premiums from brokers and the direct book;
• Sending reminders to direct clients;
• Reconciliation of debtors and production of aged analysis for both brokers and direct business;
• Timely preparation of brokers and direct reconciliation on specified accounts;
• Timely allocation receipts into the system & effect suspensions and cancellations;
• Improving relations with brokers;
• Preparing commission schedules for Agents;
• Ensure proper reconciliation with the border sales agents;
• Premiums Confirmations.

Reinsurance Recoveries

• Ensuring that accurate statements are sent out on time;
• Ensuring timeous collection of recoveries from reinsurers;
• Ensuring timeous payment of premiums to reinsurers;
• Reconciliation of recoveries and production of aged analysis for reinsurers;
• Timeous settling the collected amounts into the system;
• Follow up outstanding amounts from reinsurers.

Administrative work

• Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial statements;
• Preparation of quarterly Regulator’s returns;
• Assist with external auditors;
• And any other duties assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, or Business Administration, or Management;
• One year experience;
• Good analytical skills;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Attention to details.
