Agency Operations Manager Tempo Inteiro

TJ Consultants is a Human Resources Strategic Consulting company that is looking for an Agency Operations Manager, a client company that works in banking.

Responsibilities

This candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the agent network, the role will also involve managing an experienced team of field staff including the regional, provincial and on the ground staff. The role is also expected to operationally manage the institutional partners for company.

• Manage the performance of existing agent network by ensuring customer acquisition and activity at agency channel, manage the targets and performance of field staff responsible for agency management by ensuring management and expansion of agent networks as per the company operational plans;
• Reporting to different stakeholders within and outside company on agent related activities, managing the external project partnerships related to agency channel;
• Manage and refine the operational processes and products related to agency channel;
• Interact with different departments within company for tasks related to agency banking;
• The role will involve extensive travel between different provinces within Mozambique to manage the teams in the provinces.

Requisites

• BA degree Marketing, Sales or related fields;
• Master degree in Sales – preferential;
• Fluent English;
• Minimum 5 years of management experience leading teams: of financial inclusion, mobile money, or agency banking management experience;
• Proven management experience with leading diverse teams, experience of managing agent networks for financial services/mobile money;
• Experience working with partner organizations and/or NGO’s on financial inclusion projects.
