Receive and monitor the evolution of work orders;
Monitor whether service orders are being served conveniently indicating improvements or corrections if they are necessary;
Critically analyze the performance of the sector under its responsibility;
Analyze, develop and recommend techniques and equipment that aim to improve the performance of your sector;
Conduct operational reports on the activities of the sector on its responsibility.
