Position Responsibilities
Execution of the company’s marketing strategy, annual operating plans and budget;
Work with Country General Manager on development and implementation of company marketing philosophy and strategy;
Drive innovation by applying market information and trends to business needs and channel potential;
Drive new business development based on market analysis – geographical, product or acquisition growth;
Drive sales performance through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, achieve targets;
Build and maintain effective relationship with key and potential clients;
Monitor key accounts performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the business and deliver best-in-class customer service;
Participate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients;
Provide market intelligence to assist management decision making on prospect development, pricing, margins, closing new business and competitive information;
Manages demand/supply processes to ensure dependable relationship with customers;
Coordinates with relevant Functional areas (Engineering, Operations HSE and Administration) on matters of day-to day asset care, HSE, administration and personnel management;
Delivers high quality, professional and service-oriented culture;
Ensure compliance to the Group and industry-standard safety and environmental practices;
Manages line staff.
Background Qualifications
5+ years’ management experience of a petroleum distribution organization. Experience on LPG is an advantageous attribute;
Demonstrated experience with fuel operations, trading, transport, supply and logistics;
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management;
Demonstrated leadership and excellent communications skills;
Ability to work collaboratively with all departments within the organization;
Strong drive to consistently meet or exceed objectives and maintain focus;
Strong and intuitive business acumen, with excellent knowledge of petroleum supply chain, cost and margins.
