A Human Capital Mozambique pretende recrutar para o seu quadro de pessoal um (1) Site Supervisor.

Purpose Statement

To oversee service delivery and revenue growth as well manage client relations on specific sites.

To coordinate the activities of site operators, drivers, trainers and technicians.

Main Outputs and Responsibilities for This Position

The Job is responsible for the following:

AREA / TYPE Responsibilities
Oversee service delivery on client site
  • Inspect PPE, safety file for each operator;
  • Plan Logistics of machines to departments;
  • Ensure all safety rules are followed;
  • Collect all works orders & Assessments for the next day;
  • Visit 20 planners & 20 supervisors daily;
  • Visit plant and do assessments (20 -30) per day:
  • Update fleet board;
  • Prepare and submit quotations and follow up with client;
  • Update Fleet board and planning;
  • Supervise operators to ensure work is carried out in the correct way and by the company standards;
  • Perform a site inspection and assess each job from planning meeting and recommend correct machine for use;
  • Keep Safety File up do date;
  • Train customers on machines as needed;
  • Ensure machines on site are kept clean and in operating condition;
  • Keep machine files up to date;
  • Ensure invoices and client documentation are submitted on time;
  • Ensure that Monthly services on machines are conducted.
Site Meetings Daily/Weekly
  • Attend daily maintenance and planning meetings;
  • Attend customer daily toolbox talks (random check) to see right topics are discussed, relevant risks are identified and operators sign off toolbox talks;
  • Perform safety toolbox talks as required;
  • Attend cost saving review meeting with customers and management;
  • Attend client safety meeting as required;
  • Attend client/plant planning and service delivery meeting;
  • Weekly meetings with senior management to discuss utilization, savings, challenges and opportunities.
Reporting
  • Complete monthly savings and activity report i.e. timesheets, utilization etc.;
  • Complete machine damage reports;
  • Monthly presentations and reporting to client on savings, utilisation and challenges;
  • Follow up on payment (invoices and damages).
General
  • Ensure that a professional image is always projected, i.e. grooming and company vehicle;
  • Ensure that the quality of service that company provides and the satisfaction of its customers, are treated with the utmost importance always;
  • Promote the company and do everything possible to enhance its image;
  • Ensure that all duties are carried out safely and in accordance with all company and legal requirements;
  • Work in harmony with other employees in the Company;
  • Ensure that confidentiality in all company matter is maintained;
  • Produce other information as required and to carry out other duties either directly or indirectly as requested by your manager from time to time. 

Job Evaluation Criteria

                                                         Qualifications
Minimum

 
  • Grade 12/N3.
                                                         Experience
  • 2 year’s Supervisory experience in a technical environment or;
  • 3 year’s experience on technical machine equipment operation.
                                                         Knowledge
  • Customer service;
  • Rental industry;
  • Knowledge of work of height machinery and equipment;
  • Industry specific knowledge i.e. mining, construction, light & heavy industrial;
  • Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Word;
  • Site Management.
