Social /Resettlement Consultant (Ref. – Social)

Responsibilities

• You will coordinate, plan or participate in social studies, resettlement and monitoring programs to help our clients to understand social challenges through social studies and prepare and implement resettlement action plans primarily for major capital projects, with the support of our international highly experienced team;
• You will travel widely in Mozambique and internationally.

Detailed Requirements

• Mozambican nationality, Experience in participating and leading Social Impact Assessments and studies;
• Experience on project management including subcontractor and team coordination, preparation of proposals and contact with clients is required;
• BSc in a social discipline. Fluent in English and Portuguese, with strong writing and speaking skills;
• Experience in Oil& Gas, Mining,Power or/and Manufacturing sectors and international environments. Knowledge of Mozambican and/or other African social and resettlement legislative frameworks.
